I’ve suffered from chronic low back pain for many years and went to Emily with a nagging hip injury that made working out very painful. When I told her where my pain point was, she went right to work and knew exactly what to do. My massage was very thorough and Emily was able to get deep into my glute and hip to work out the kinks. It helped so much with my pain and I was able to get back to working out pain free! I
couldn’t recommend Emily more!

I’ve seen Emily for multiple massages and can say she is one of the best in the business.
She’s communicative and understanding when asking about your activity level and how you feel. She tailors each session around you combines a relaxing environment with powerful recovery. I’d recommend anyone go see Emily, whether you are looking for recovery from exercise or daily life!

I've been having multiple massages from Emily for my chronic pain. Emily has been able to pin point those areas and massage out the pain points. I am having a lot less pain these days. I highly recommend her and love the music she plays!
